The internet is a way for you to research, learn, and find out about things with out having to go out and find it. For a example if a person wanted to know about a program or business opening up you can search it on the internet and get the information that the person was looking for without having to leave their house.

The internet is capable of doing alot of things up to checking your emails, to finding job offers, to shopping, to finding where you live on a world map, and playing games. But one of the main things would probably be the ability to find out whats going on any where in the world. The internet can be a very useful day planner as well.

I use the internet to learn and keep up to date on some of the things that go on in this world. Also for homework depending on what it is.

Now there are alot of different kinds of websites on the internet. It practically gives you a variety of things to look at. Some people could search for items that they want to buy online, or maybe look at online college applications, the news, check up on a business, even watch the television or movie clips. The internet can be useful in many different ways.

I think the internet has helped and destroyed our society in both a potentially and technological way. For an example Face Book and Myspace both from what I here are developing more problems each time the creators make improvements. face book is basically like a kind of social network where you can post pictures of yourself, post videos, and chat. Alot of people put personal things about themselves or where they live as well. There are ways for people you don’t know to just find out all of your personal information. Because of things like this is why alot of people get kidnapped, there life becomes ruined, and some even die. Thats just the beginning of all the things that is wrong with the internet, but there are still some good uses in which the internet gives us as well. The internet something that is a good and bad thing it’s something in which a person would have to think about.

Is This Generation Dumb.??

This generation views on life is completely different then the generation before us. Most people in this generation take things for granted including their lives. While back in the day most people had to survive and fight for their life and their way to live as any normal person among each other. In a way this has something to do with this generation not understanding the values of life and the thought to live in a nice house, or going to nice schools. Some people don’t even really care for things like succeeding and reaching his/her dreams. In addition to that would be learning and becoming well educated, a well rounded person. The point is that alot of things that is being taught or broadcast to people causes them not to see whats not important instead of what really matters and thats just the beginning. Another thing, for a example the United States, has there standards set to low for education. Which like in China or Japan they all wear uniforms to school and their way of life is set on becoming a rounded type of a person.

You could say in a way technology is the reason or cause of this generation being dumb because there are people who’s lives do get ruin over their necessity for games and new kinds of tech to make things in their life easier. There are some technological appliances that are good in helping people and other things, for an example, computers and laptops. As far cell phones, they help alot of people who need to get alot of important information like calling for help which is also good. But games are bad depending on what kind of game you are playing. If it is a game with skulls and blood then I would say yes that game is bad. But one that trains the brain into thinking on a type of higher level I think would be acceptable.

I would say that this generation needs to make better choices when it applies to life.

The Ipad is a the newest invention made by Apple. Its is a new type of laptop that is very thin, easy to use, and it is very versatile. It is able to browse the web, read books, send emails, watch movies, and play games. It also practically resembles the Iphone in every way right down to the black button that sits right under th screen. It pretty much broke the barrier between then and now. It being a project made by Apple, makes the user able to touch the screen and move things around just like a Iphone but on a much bigger scale literally, in the form of a laptop.

Alot of people are saying things like the Ipad is a bit of a annoyance to carry, its a ripoff of the Ipod just bigger, and its just a big waste of time.

I think it is good if you never had a Iphone then you should get a Ipad. But also if you would need a type of touch screen laptop then probably you should get the Ipad. Personally I would get one just to feel advance and futuristic.

The world is going to keep upgraded itself into more and more advance technology. If you have ever seen a futuristic movie(or show), than you would probably had seen like a official person in the movie holding a type of touch screen, that looks like the Ipad but is more advance than the Ipad. Like Stargate Atlantis or Star Wars. Even though we are so far away from those time periods our technology continues to improve.

In a way I do know how the Ipad will help out people from impoverished country because you can’t really just give people Ipads for free. Maybe if you were a group or organization that help out impoverished country you could use a Ipad to organize the groups work so you have everything planned out. Also keep track of a kid you are sponsoring. Maybe the Ipad is a waste of time or not, but it can still be in a way helpful.

When I’m on the computer or laptop I always go on Google it in a way helps me organize the things I use it for. As far what I use normally for Google I use Google Chrome and Google Maps. Normally in school like computer class we have to use Google Chrome for class work and discussions. The map in a way is helpful not for school but for if I need to go to a certain place and I don’t know where it is I can go to the map to see what routes to take. I don’t really use Google for that many things other than going online. I don’t know what I would if Google just all of a sudden disappear though. I guess I could just look at the news or something but it usually on a time schedule that is like thirty minutes long and the people on the news have to keep rotating the information so that they can spread all the news for that day. Which if I was using Google it would take only a few minutes to look up the news. As for the things I would use in the place of Google I would use my phone, the news, I would go to the library in the place of Google books, and I would use Microsoft Word in the place of Google Docs. Right now like Google Calender because of all the test and quizzes I always have to know when the tests are which Google calender would be a great example of what I would to organize myself to that. With Google Books if I was needed a book for a report I could go to Google Books. Then Google Docs if I needed to talk to a teacher about something then I could use Google Docs because its kind of like Microsoft Word. Finally I think Google is useful for those that have to be organized and ready to go.

Now in days most people read the news on the internet instead of the newspaper because it’s fast, it only takes a sec to look up, and its updated every few minutes. Witch in a way is really helpful. I would prefer to use the television for news because I really do want to do anything but if i had to make a choice I would choose internet. The newspaper is bad because you have to wait for it to be delivered. Then with the television they tell you whats current but then they also tell you about things that are bad but is really important. On the Internet you can get all the things you need to know specifically so it makes it a lot easier.

Twiddla is ?

Twiddla is a website kind of a conference room that you go to do to business or other things. As far as jobs or businesses Twiddla would probably be a good thing to use for communication for when other workers cannot meet. So instead just have it on Twiddla. The thing about Twiddla though is that in a way it is kind of kiddish but in other ways it can be quite useful. For an example you can draw which is helpful but you can also color, make the font or lines incredibly big, and you can post funny pictures. I really don’t think Twiddla would be a good things to use a far as real serious jobs because now in days you have to be serious or be really good at what ever your job is because if your not you could lose it quick. I don’t really know if i could see myself using Twiddla because the kind of job I want is in a way serious so I would have the time to be doing things like drawing. But if I had like a side thing to do like when I’m in college and it’s a kind of thing where Twiddla could be really useful then I would use it,but only for something like that.When it comes to the educational environment it really depends on what kind of job you have. Like school for a example I would be a good place to use a meeting kind of chat place like Twiddla. It would probably work out for well for some classes. Twiddla would be really good be really good for Geometry cause you can draw like shapes, lines, and you can write equations too. I really think Twiddla would be great for somethings but not everything.

Cell Phone Thingy

I use my phone for when funny and crazy things happen and I want to get a video of it. Also other things. My cell phone can do a lot of things like a camera,media player, video recorder, email, a navigator, and obviously texting. Now I’ve been around alot of people who just use there phone for texting and nothing else. But like my phone and others, you can do a lot more things like becoming a better person. For an example if something bad was happening where you live at or your general area and you have your phone with you maybe you could record the video on your phone or take pictures of whats ever happening. If you ever watch the news then you would probably have seen or heard about there team that catch live footage of things on the they’re phones. Those people help out a lot because they are able to get the information out to people. I would use my phone for pretty much the same thing to help people. To become a better student I would use my phone to email my teachers if i’m missing any work in class or text. If I could add futuristic things to my phone I would add a automatic do my work in school so i wouldn’t have to do any work, a automatic pay me money so i can get free money where ever and when ever I want it, and a car that can turn back into my phone anytime I want to. But if i could i would have a cellphone that could do anything I want too. I have a lot of phones that I like to have and I can’t really choose witch phone I want though. Personally if the phone can do a lot of cool things then I’m like it.

I think Twitter tells you that world’s culture is started to become more advance in technology as far as computers being used more than phones, writing letters, and things like that. Everywhere all over the world people use Twitter and other things like that on the internet to talk and give there opinions about things. One example of advancement is that practically the entire world is getting in to using computers more and more. These days lots of things are happening and some people probably even rely on Twitter to help them learn about things they didn’t already know, to find out what happen to a celebrity, or even just to talk to people. Others might be in situations in witch they use Twitter to call for help or other things too you never know. But what ever the matter is it shows that the more and more years go by the more people start to get using to technology. My brother, a few of my friends, and my teachers have a Twitter: and they all tell me it’s very useful. So believe it or not Twitter is probably a huge advancement in world culture and the world will only continue to advance.

Billion Dollar Obama Essay

If I had received a billion dollars from Obama I would use it to help the people in the world that are suffering and dying. For an example just recently I had heard and watched a movie on a place in Africa called Uganda. The people there are in a war and are in crucial times. I would use the money to help out any way i could so I could prevent more deaths. Also another is the Christians around the world. I have just recently read that alot of Christians are in bad times. I’m sure that I could help many of those Christians into safer area or do what I can to insure they’re safety while they preach the gospel. Mainly any place like those would have my support in making things better for them to live. But also the economy is in hard times too and people are losing houses, jobs, and lives. Then there is the H1N1 virus(Swine Flu) that is spreading through every state in the US and is killing alot of people. I would invest money in to the manufacturers so they can increase the amount of vaccines that are being given to the hospitals. Finally I would help any places that I left out in what ever way I could if I could pay for it

Homework Essay

Well I think that homework is good because it helps me remember things that would be on like a test but it’s mostly a waste of time. There are sometimes when teachers pile me and everyone else with homework and I end up not being able to finish it all. Sometimes the work that the teachers give us don’t even have anything to do with some important things that we really need to know in the chapter. If the teachers stop assigning work I would first hang with my friends. Then I would study for any test or quizzes that i might have for that week. Finally I would watch TV or play my games until I go to bed. Sometimes homework really takes up my time and day to where it begins to start getting very stressful. Personally though I kind of benefit because when ever I have chapter test and I do the homework for the chapter I remember alot of things on the test. But if I don’t do the work I forget and do know anything on the test. So I Personally believe that homework is a waste of my time and everyone esle’s time but it should be your responsibility to do some self work if you can’t remember the important things in the chapter that your class is on.
