The Ipad is a the newest invention made by Apple. Its is a new type of laptop that is very thin, easy to use, and it is very versatile. It is able to browse the web, read books, send emails, watch movies, and play games. It also practically resembles the Iphone in every way right down to the black button that sits right under th screen. It pretty much broke the barrier between then and now. It being a project made by Apple, makes the user able to touch the screen and move things around just like a Iphone but on a much bigger scale literally, in the form of a laptop.
Alot of people are saying things like the Ipad is a bit of a annoyance to carry, its a ripoff of the Ipod just bigger, and its just a big waste of time.
I think it is good if you never had a Iphone then you should get a Ipad. But also if you would need a type of touch screen laptop then probably you should get the Ipad. Personally I would get one just to feel advance and futuristic.
The world is going to keep upgraded itself into more and more advance technology. If you have ever seen a futuristic movie(or show), than you would probably had seen like a official person in the movie holding a type of touch screen, that looks like the Ipad but is more advance than the Ipad. Like Stargate Atlantis or Star Wars. Even though we are so far away from those time periods our technology continues to improve.
In a way I do know how the Ipad will help out people from impoverished country because you can’t really just give people Ipads for free. Maybe if you were a group or organization that help out impoverished country you could use a Ipad to organize the groups work so you have everything planned out. Also keep track of a kid you are sponsoring. Maybe the Ipad is a waste of time or not, but it can still be in a way helpful.
